What is an EICR?
An EICR involves a full inspection and testing of your property's electrical installation. Our electricians identify faults, deterioration, or safety concerns, and classify them using standard EICR codes. The report identifies immediate danger risks through to suggesting improvements.
If you rent out a property, you are legally required to have an EICR every 5 years. We would also recommend homeowners to have an EICR every 10 years.
